As a Beachbody Coach/Fitness Motivator I have found health and happiness through helping others with their fitness and health goal achievement. I am a retired US Air Force member who looked honestly at some pictures of myself at the beach and then looked hard in the mirror and knew there was more to life as I reached age 50.
One of the keys to me is fitness has to be fun and challenging. I incorporate walking, surfing, P90X, One on One with Tony Horton, Insanity and other fun things with good eating habits now to maintain and continually improve my fitness level and my quality of life.
I feel certain that anyone that wants to improve their quality of life and indeed their quality of living, can do so by jumping on the Beachbody bandwagon. Coaching has also helped me get closer to financial independence. Where else can you get fit and get paid at the same time in the comfort of your own home.
